Terms of Service

To create an account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be single, or otherwise free to start a relationship.
• Not have been banned from the service before.
• Not have been convicted of a violent or sexual crime.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Only create one account, and keep your information accurate and up to date. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

We are a community built on trust and respect. When using the service, you agree not to:

• Pretend to be someone else or give false information about yourself.
• Upload photos that are not of you, or that contain nudity, violence or other inappropriate content.
• Harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against other members.
• Ask other members for money, or promote scams, products or services.
• Share another member's personal information without their consent.
• Use the service for anything illegal, or to seek anything other than a genuine relationship.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools, or try to interfere with how the service works.

If someone breaks these rules, please use the block and report tools on their profile.

You own the photos, profile text and messages you share. By posting them, you give us permission to store, display and process them as needed to run the service, for example showing your profile to other members or resizing your photos. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal or safety reasons. We may review, reject or remove content that breaks these terms.

Creating an account is free. Some features may require a subscription. The price, duration and included features are shown before you pay. Subscriptions stay active until the end of the paid period. Unless required by law, payments are not refundable, including if your account is suspended for breaking these terms.

We work to keep the community safe, but we do not run criminal background checks and cannot guarantee how members behave, on or off the service. You are responsible for your interactions with other members.

• Never send money or financial details to someone you met online.
• Meet for the first time in a public place and tell a friend or family member where you are going.
• Report any member who makes you feel uncomfortable.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk, with or without notice.

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise that you will find a match, or that the service will always be available or free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of any member.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or through the service. Continuing to use the service after the changes means you accept the new terms.
